Animal Essences 5

This evolutionary old animal allows us a better adaptability. We learn to develop patience and to take things as they are. He is soothing and against the inner stress. Serenity and tranquility are strengthened. We also learn to get a thick skin. We feel protected. We do not let the feelings of others come directly to us. It is easier for us to develop distance and self-protection. With this new awareness, we can trust ourselves better.

The essence helps people not to overwhelm or overestimate themselves and thus get stressed, but to find the right balance. On the physical level, it helps us to feel that we have enough healthy food that suits us (feeling full) and can thus help us to have a more balanced diet. On an emotional level, finding the right relationship with others, balancing your own ego and not talking too much, expressing yourself with more humility and warmth in communication.

The essence is very energetic, it increases our life force. In times of inner darkness it gives us inner orientation. It helps us to become aware of our shadow and our unconscious fears that otherwise limit us.

It helps us to perceive what we otherwise do not like, it helps us to accept and love people we would otherwise reject. It helps us to forgive our own shadow, but also our enemies, and thus to create and find inner peace.
