Bach Flower Essence Elm

(Ulmus scabra)

The elm can be found in forests or in isolation, often also in wastelands. This tree of solid trunk and delicate branches can reach 25 meters long. It has fluffy serrated leaves. It blossoms very early in the months of February and March. Its tiny flowers are green with red edges. Flowers and fruits appear before the leaves sprout.

Elm essence stimulates and strengthens our sense of responsibility in situations in which we feel surpassed. The elm provides the necessary energy to accept and to cope with difficult situations with courage.

Essence Effect on the Body: People, who have the feeling that things exceed them, often feel strongly attracted by Elm essence.
