Mustard

Mustard can grow suddenly, for example, in the middle of a freshly plowed field, in uncultivated land or in the margins of a new road. This native plant can reach a maximum height of 70 centimeters and it grows on salty alkaline poor soils in Northern Europe. Its leaves grow individually. They are large, overlapping, serrated and fluffy. The four-petalled flowers open between May and September.
