Oak

(Quercus robur)

Oak tree is spread over the Northern temperate areas of the globe. This is a strong majestic tree that can reach 35 meters high and 700 years of life. Its leaves have a characteristic wavy edge and it does not lose its foliage completely even in winter. Generally, an oak tree flourishes for the first time after 50 and 80 years of life. The flowering period extends between April and June. The female flowers look like red buttons; the male catkins look like knotted cords. Its fruit is the acorn.

Oak can be applied to learn how to keep our forces. It transmits new energy to us when we feel completely physically exhausted.
