(Hypericum perforatum)
St. John's Wort comes from large warm areas of Europe. It can be found in wild lands, dry meadows, in bright and clear forests. Its bright yellow flowers bloom between June and September. If we rub one of them between our hands, we will get stained with red blood due to its content of hypericin. For this reason, in other times this plant was known as "blood of Saint John.
St John's Wort Flower Essence increases the capacity to perceive our own inner light and interpret it as a guide to the conscience. It will allow us to abolish fears and to believe in the protection of Divine Guidance.
Essence Effect on the Body: This essence is very useful to drive out body discomforts that have their origin in fears ("childish" fears, nightmares, fear of darkness, fear of sleeping alone, fear of the unknown, fear of strangers, of situations and of places, even fears that are not easy to describe and appear without any cause).
Mood: Has a toning effect and helps us to overcome suffocating feelings such as fear and insecurity. It can be applied when we are going through a stage where dreams torment us and to dispel nightmares and childhood fears. It will increase our defensive mental capacity and we will be able to confront conscious or unconscious fears.
Mind: Through the calming and clarifier effect of the essence we put our feet on the ground again leaving behind the times in which fears had us in a state of anxiety. So, a mental renewed energy can grow from a healthy optimism.
Spirit: Helps people who are very open in the spiritual plan, that is to say, they have many intense spiritual experiences, but they leave out the harmful influences. With this essence, we reach a powerful energy protection for our "opening", for example in meditation so that the negative vibrations cannot affect us.
Affirmation: The light of summer gives me warmth and strength. Fears dissipate and joy lights my character.
